Missha Creamy Matte Lip Rouge

Although I think lipsticks are nice to collect and they come in many very pretty colors, I don't wear much lipstick and if I do I prefer shades that are neutral as possible.

When I was in South Korea with my SIL, we had stopped at one of the many Missha stores they had and I immediately fell in love with Missha's Creamy Matte Rouge lipstick in CR01 after swatching it on my hand. I have been looking for a coral lipstick for a long time and this was the one! I would say this is more of a coral mixed with apricot. I like that it is too orange nor too pink. I guess that is what happens when coral marries apricot! This lipstick is moisturizing. It really is creamy matte. I think it fulfills it's name beautifully. You do have to reapply as necessary, but I really don't mind considering the beautiful purple case it comes in.

Wet N' Wild Gel Eyeliner

If you are looking for a black gel eyeliner that has a strong stay-all-day power and is truly the blackest of blacks and comes off smooth and silky but does not transfer onto your upper lids or rubs off on your lower eye (or your contacts), you HAVE to try Wet N Wild's gel eyeliner! And if you are paying more than $4 bucks for it, girl, you are paying way too much!

So! Who BUYS Wet N Wild anyway???? I remembered it as 99 cents a piece. The packaging is boring. The colors are PROBABLY not even pigmented. Whenever someone started talking about Wet N Wild make-up, I would lose focus and lose conversation.... Usually I would start thinking about what I want to eat instead... Until I tried this gel liner! It worked wonders for me. Before i used this, I use to use Loreal HIP gel eyeliner. Yeah, it was great, but it cost me $11 and I must admit, the staying power was not that fantastic.

When you buy the Wet N Wild gel liner, it does come with a brush. In my experience, the brush does not deliver the best of the product. Instead, I use ELF's concealer brush. The bristle on the ELF brush is a lot less harsh on your eyes, it is more flexible and a lot thinner so you are able to create the shape or wing that you desire. I use color #886, which is a dark black. The gel eyeliner comes in a pot and it has about .13 oz.

It really does stay on all day. I use it for my waterline as well and it does not transfer or lose color throughout the day. If you are still in search of a gel liner, do give this one a try.

Etude House Moistfull Collagen Foundation SPF 22

I use this in a #2 Natural Beige, however it does come in two colors. This is a sheer coverage type formula so if you are looking for a medium to heavy coverage, this may not be the right foundation for you. This foundation is not buildable. I found that it could get oily if you put on too much or if you double the layer. Again, if you are looking for a medium to heavy coverage i would not recommend this product, instead i would suggest BB creams (if you want to stick to Korean make-up line).

As for me, i typically don't like heavy coverage. I prefer to conceal my imperfections with a heavy concealer or a full coverage foundation and use this as my main foundation for all over my face. This product gives your face a healthy dewy glow and the formula does not cake or settle into your lines. It feels very light and comfortable on my skin. It is also very moisturizing and great for winter or the colder weathers when your skin is prone to dryness. I also like that it has SPF because then I don't have to apply SPF in addition to my daily morning routine. Another thing I really like about this foundation is that it really is a NATURAL BEIGE. It does not possess any yellow or pink undertones. This foundation does have fragrance. I have to say, I really like the smell. (sorry, I cannot begin to describe to you how or what it smells like. I am not a very good fragrance describer and i could only tell you it smells like green apple IF it says "green apple" on the bottom!--- and no, it does not smell like green apple)

I absolutely love The Moistfull Collagen Line from Etude House! I will be doing more reviews on other products from this line so stay tuned!

Stila Stay All Day Waterproof brow Color

I was first introduced to this type of eyebrow enhancer by one of Lisa Eldridge's make up tutorials. Lisa actually introduced a similar product by a brand called Suuqqu (I really hope I spelled that correctly). I was not able to find Suuqqu anywhere except for their online store and shipping plus the cost of the pen itself was out of my pocket budget. Not long after I gave up, my SIL found out that Stila and Urban Decay also carries a similar product. after we discovered this, we rushed over to Sephora! So you REALLY wanna know what I have to babble about this:

-why didn't I discover this like a long time ago???
-It comes in a liquid felt tip applicator brush form and as my experiments go, you will get the best results by making brush strokes in the direction that your hair grows.
- the color does not initially come out dark, but the advantage to that is that you can build it up.
- if you have naturally light eyebrows, you can use it to make your whole eyebrow look darker and fuller OR you can just use it to fill in those empty spots where you may have over-plucked.
-my only dislike about this product is that it does take me more time to achieve the look I want vs. Eyebrow powder. Therefore, if i am on the run and i do my make-up in the car, it would take me longer and sometimes one eyebrow ends up looking bushier than the other.
-as of right now, I am not in a position to say if it is waterproof or not. I have not yet taken it swimming or washed my face without some sort of cleanser. Although I have heard that it is not waterproof.
-i still think that this is the BEST eyebrow enhancer out on the market as far as making your eyebrows darker and very natural looking.

Go get yourself one! it really is worth it! And in case you don't like it, you can always return it.

stila has two colors in this eyebrow pen, "light" and "medium". I bought the "medium" color because my hair color is naturally darker. It is .02 oz. I have used it for a month and am still going at it. It is priced at $21 at Sephora and Sephora.com.
